By accessing vector.news or subscribing to Vector's newsletter (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Vector is a publication of TSG Media LLC.

The Service

Vector is an independent publication covering the AI revolution across six editorial domains — Labs, Bits, Atoms, Energy, Dry Powder, and State. The Service consists of a website, free daily newsletter, and paid weekly magazine.

Subscriptions and payment

Free subscriptions provide access to the daily newsletter and select articles. Paid subscriptions — $15 monthly or $150 annually — provide full access to all articles, archives, and the weekly Vector Magazine.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account page. Cancelled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid period; we do not issue prorated refunds.

Intellectual property

All articles, charts, illustrations, and other content published by Vector are protected by copyright and owned by TSG Media LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share article links freely, quote brief excerpts with attribution, and forward newsletter editions to colleagues for personal use.

Systematic reproduction, republication, or use of Vector's content for AI training or commercial purposes requires written permission. Contact hello@vector.news for licensing inquiries.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share your paid subscription credentials with others
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute Vector's content without authorization
• Impersonate Vector or its editor in any correspondence or publication
• Attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls

Vector provides analysis and reporting for informational purposes only. Nothing published by Vector constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. Readers should conduct their own due diligence before making decisions based on Vector's coverage.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vector does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party information referenced in articles, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSG Media LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to subscribers via email and posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
